Forks, Washington is a great small town to stop through as you make your way through the Olympic Peninsula. This is the setting of the popular Twilight book along with some other Olympic Peninsula sights.


Welcome to Forks
Welcome to Forks! Make sure to stop and take a picture by the Welcome Sign as you come into town. Forks is a great location for a night if you are looking for a hotel in the Olympic Peninsula. There are limited options in this area near the Olympic National Forest, so you may also want to think about camping. It also makes a great stop between Olympic National Sights.


Twihards
Love the Twilight series? Forks, WA is the setting for the series that inspired Stephenie Meyer. None of the movies were actually filmed here, but they do have replicas of Bella’s trucks you can take pictures in front of. They are located by the welcome sign, so makes for an easy stop. The Forks Chamber of Commerce has a map of spots mentioned in the Twilight series. Still can’t get enough? They have a Twilight Festival every year in September.



Timber
The Fork’s Loggers Memorial and the Forks Timber Museum are also conveniently located near the Welcome Sign and Bella’s Trucks. So take a break and check them out.

Dinner
Looking for somewhere to eat? Pacific Pizza is a great way to finish out a day of hiking and exploring, hey have really good pizza & local beer. They were also super friendly.

Nearby
Forks is conveniently located near to some great Olympic Peninsula attractions. It makes for a great stop in between sights as it is not far from La Push Beach area, Hoh Rainforest, Ruby Beach, and Sol Duc Falls.
